What is Zondex and what data does it index? expand_more
Zondex is a search engine for internet-connected devices and services. We continuously scan the public internet and index over 34 million services, including open ports, service banners, SSL/TLS certificates, HTTP headers, operating system fingerprints, CVE associations, geolocation data, and technology stacks.
What CVE and vulnerability data is included? expand_more
Pro plans and above include CVE IDs, CVSS scores, and vulnerability filter operators (
cve:, cvss:, vuln:). CVE data is sourced from NVD and updated daily. Free users can see service data but CVE fields are restricted to paid plans.
How does AI search work? expand_more
Our AI search uses Google Gemini Flash to translate natural language queries into structured Zondex dork syntax. For example, typing "find all RDP servers in China" is automatically converted into the appropriate filter query. AI search is available on all plans, with daily limits varying by tier.
How fresh is the data? expand_more
Our scan data is updated continuously. Critical ports (22, 80, 443, 3389) are rescanned daily. Most services are rescanned weekly. Each result includes a
scan_date timestamp.
How do I access the API? expand_more
The Zondex REST API is available to Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscribers. After subscribing, an API key is generated in your profile. See the API documentation for endpoints and examples. Rate limits apply based on your plan tier.
Do you offer annual billing? expand_more
Yes. All paid plans are available with annual billing at a 20% discount. Toggle the billing switch at the top of this page to see annual prices. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the start of the year.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? expand_more
Yes. Contact us at contact@zondex.io to change your plan. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated.
What are the Academic and Developer programs? expand_more
We offer free Pro access to students and faculty at accredited universities (.edu email required) and free API keys for open-source security projects. Apply by contacting us with your institutional email or a link to your project repository.
